Each time David says "Look at you, buddy", take a shot.
Each time Alex says "This is fine", take a shot.
There are bets that cancel eachother out, for example that 10 dollar bet on the 1st dozen is cancelled out because you are betting the 2nd and 3rd dozen also. This is very dumb and you trow money away when 0 or 00 hits. Betting more than 35 numbers is never a good plan. Just skip that 10 dollar bet on 1st dozen so you can reduce the 2nd and 3rd dozen with 10 dollar also and the money you save here is a lot more than that 20 dollar that you get when 1,2 or 3 hits.
There is no winning Roulette strategy. None whatsoever, unless you find a biased wheel or something.

I sent in a system very similar to this and was told "too complicated". Same thing, $140 bet, some mini doncs but only two numbers on the whole table are donks.
Reasonable ROI 10% per roll $140 risk would say $1,500 bank roll
A much better way, 1 unit on 4 to 6 Street, 2 units 7 to 12 double street 4 units 2nd and 3rd Dozen. 5 losses and 33 wins
